If you are studying Synthesis and want an Analog synth for demo check out the Circle from Future Audio Workshop. The demo version is enough to let students experiment and learn hands on. If you really like it you can activate the full version by buying a license. The Circle Synth is very easy to figure out and visually appealing on screen. If you want a demo lesson on how to create sounds you should also check out these tutorials found at Audio Tuts+ : The Basis Guide to Subtractive Synthesis and “How to Create Classic FX Synthesizer Patches” Both of these video tutorials use the Circle Synth which is available for Windows and Apple.
